Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Please be kindly informed that we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
We strongly recommend using available resources to research sizing and fitting beyond what is available on our website. If that fails, our experienced team members are ready to answer any questions about product details, sizing, or anything else, so please reach out to our support team at 1-888-246-1240 or support@dihsan.com or through our Contact Us page before completing your purchase, as these matters do not fall within our Return Policy guidelines and will not be considered as a valid reason for return.
Exceptions
An exception to the Return Policy will only be considered if your items are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Please thoroughly read through the ‘Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Item’ section below to see if your order is eligible and then contact us within 48 hours if your situation qualifies for an exception.
Cancelled Orders
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. If you wish to cancel an order, please follow the guidelines below.
You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee the cancellation as the order may already be processed for shipment.
To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team via 1-888-246-1240 or support@dihsan.com or through our Contact Us page. Provide your order number and the reason for the cancellation.
All canceled orders will be subject to a 5% processing fee. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the cancellation and refund.

Our commitment to delivering our valued customers the highest quality goods possible involves each item undergoing a detailed process of inspection and packaging by our experienced team members before leaving our distribution centers. In the rare occurrence that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect from what you ordered, you must contact us at 1-888-246-1240 or support@dihsan.com within 48 hours from the date and time of delivery in order for your return to be considered. At this time, please include your Order Number, the name of the product, a description of the issue, and pictures to support it.
If the request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the products back to us. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund as a result of the defect/inaccuracy. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, to the original method of payment. Please see our Refund Policy section below for more information.
Due to inventory items selling quickly, DIHSAN does not offer exchanges. If your damaged/defective/incorrect item is eligible for a return, a refund will be issued for the original item and a new order must be placed for the replacement item.
Items approved for a Return must comply with our return policy:
DIHSAN reserves the right to reject any returned products that do not comply with the above-stated return policy. Rejected items will not be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. In order to avoid this, please contact our support team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return before sending any items back to us.
A refund will only be honored if your return request falls within our Return Policy and an exception has been granted by a DIHSAN representative in writing. DIHSAN reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy will not be sent back to the original shipping address.
Once your return has been received, examined, and accepted by DIHSAN, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Refunds may take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
To track the return of your package back to DIHSAN, please use the tracking number displayed on the return label.
