We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand that sometimes situations arise where you may want to return a product or request a refund.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please be kindly informed that we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We strongly recommend using available resources to research sizing and fitting beyond what is available on our website. If that fails, our experienced team members are ready to answer any questions about product details, sizing, or anything else, so please reach out to our support team at 1-888-246-1240 or support@dihsan.com or through our Contact Us page before completing your purchase, as these matters do not fall within our Return Policy guidelines and will not be considered as a valid reason for return.

 

Exceptions

An exception to the Return Policy will only be considered if your items are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please thoroughly read through the ‘Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Item’ section below to see if your order is eligible and then contact us within 48 hours if your situation qualifies for an exception.

 

Cancelled Orders

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. If you wish to cancel an order, please follow the guidelines below.

Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee the cancellation as the order may already be processed for shipment.

Cancellation Request

To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team via 1-888-246-1240 or support@dihsan.com or through our Contact Us page. Provide your order number and the reason for the cancellation.

Processing Fee

All canceled orders will be subject to a 5% processing fee. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the cancellation and refund.
