MEN'S AND WOMEN'S

BRAX

Fit is the whole proposition. BRAX made its name as a trouser specialist, and the Herford-based German house still designs from the waistband outwards — rise, seat, thigh and leg opening treated as separate decisions rather than one number on a size tag. Everything else follows from getting that right.

The result is a wardrobe of trousers you stop thinking about. Chinos, five-pocket jeans, wool-blend tailoring and shorts run through named fits, so once you know which one suits you the same cut repeats across fabrics and seasons. Elastane in most cloths gives movement without a track-pant feel, and the cloth recovers its shape rather than bagging out at the knee. Shirts, knitwear and jackets sit alongside them, deliberately quiet — flat colours, small patterns, finishing you notice by hand rather than by eye.

Frequently asked questions

All FAQ's

BRAX

What do BRAX fit names like Chuck, Cadiz and Cooper mean?

They are named blocks rather than sizes. Each name fixes the rise, seat and leg shape, so the same silhouette repeats across fabrics and seasons. Chuck is the modern, slim five-pocket cut with a moderate rise. Cooper is the classic five-pocket straight leg, cut roomier through the seat. Cadiz is also a straight-fit five-pocket, comfortable through the hip and thigh on a regular rise. BRAX describes each of its named styles in a fit guide, so a shape that works is easy to find again.

Why do so many BRAX trousers feel stretchy?

Because most of the cloth is woven with a small percentage of elastane. It is usually only two or three per cent, but that is enough for the fabric to move with you when you sit, drive or climb stairs and then recover its shape instead of bagging at the knee. Wash cool and skip the tumble dryer, since heat is what tires elastane out fastest.

Are DIHSAN's BRAX pieces authentic?

Yes. Every piece DIHSAN sells is the brand's own — genuine designer product, with the maker's hardware, stamping and markings intact. Nothing is a reproduction or a licensed imitation.

Will I be charged duties on a DIHSAN BRAX piece order?

No. Duties are included on every DIHSAN order, and US orders include taxes as well.

Can I return a BRAX piece purchase at DIHSAN?

Yes. Eligible BRAX pieces can go back within 14 days of the ship date, for store credit rather than cash, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Items discounted 70% or more — plus swimwear, intimates, and limited-release styles at any discount — are final sale.
