Men's Beanies

How deep the cuff folds decides how a beanie reads on the head. A single turn-back sits close to the brow and stops at the ear; a double cuff shortens the crown and pulls the whole shape tight to the skull. Uncuffed knits run long and slouch at the back, and fisherman shapes go the other way, cropped short so the brim rides high above the ear.

Rib gauge and fibre settle the rest. Fine ribbed knits keep their shape and layer under a hood, chunky and cable knits trap more air, and waffle textures sit between the two. A pom-pom crown adds height where a flat crown keeps the line clean. Merino and lambswool warm without weight, cashmere blends run softest against the forehead, and cotton and acrylic knits carry logo patches, jacquard bands and embroidered cuffs into milder weather.

Men's Beanies

How should a beanie fit?

It should grip without pressure. The band ought to sit level with the eyebrows or just above them, with the cuff covering the top of the ear, and you should be able to slide a finger under the edge at the temple. Most adult knits are cut for a head circumference of roughly 55 to 60 cm, measured around the forehead just above the ears. Ribbed knits stretch a good deal further than cable or waffle textures do.

Why does a wool beanie itch, and which fibres do not?

Itch comes from fibre diameter rather than from wool as a category. Coarse fibres above roughly 30 microns are stiff enough to prickle the forehead instead of bending against it. Merino is typically 17 to 22 microns and gives way against skin; cashmere is finer still, around 14 to 16. Lambswool is a little coarser than merino, usually in the low twenties, so it is soft but not the softest. If a knit you like is on the coarse side, a fleece-lined band solves it without changing the look.

Are DIHSAN's beanies authentic?

Yes. Every piece DIHSAN sells is the brand's own — genuine designer product, with the maker's hardware, stamping and markings intact. Nothing is a reproduction or a licensed imitation.

Will I be charged duties on a DIHSAN beanie order?

No. Duties are included on every DIHSAN order, and US orders include taxes as well.

Can I return a beanie purchase at DIHSAN?

Yes. Eligible beanies can go back within 14 days of the ship date, for store credit rather than cash, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Items discounted 70% or more — plus swimwear, intimates, and limited-release styles at any discount — are final sale.
