• Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials and restricted access to your personal device. You accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
• Acceptable Use: Dihsan reserves the right to terminate access, decline service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if behavior is deemed fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of applicable laws.

2. Curation, Authenticity & Sourcing

• Guaranteed Authenticity: Every piece showcased on Dihsan is guaranteed 100% authentic, sourced directly from authorized luxury brand house and authorized retailers.
• Product Imagery & Specifications: We take extraordinary care to display the true colors, textures, and details of our collections. However, subtle variations may occur due to individual screen displays and monitor calibrations.
• Availability & Reserve: All items are subject to availability. Placement of an item in your shopping bag does not reserve the piece until checkout and payment authorization are complete.

3. Orders, Pricing & Modifications

• Order Acceptance: Receipts of order confirmations do not signify our final acceptance of an order. Dihsan reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities for any reason prior to shipment.
• Order Modifications & Cancellations: Because our fulfillment procedures begin immediately upon checkout, orders cannot be modified, changed, or cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully prior to finalizing your purchase.
• Currency & Duties: Prices are displayed and transacted in CAD or USD as selected. Applicable taxes, duties, and customs charges are calculated and included in the final total at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. Dihsan is not liable for unexpected carrier delays, customs holds, or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the designated shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Final Sale Terms

All returns are strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Key operational terms include:

• Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of the ship date.
• Refund Method: Approved returns are credited exclusively as Dihsan Store Credit issued via email, to the email associated with the original order (valid indefinitely). Cash or original payment method refunds are not provided.
• Final Sale Items: Intimates, swimwear, limited-release pieces, and any items discounted at 70% off or more are strictly Final Sale and ineligible for return or credit.
• Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping label costs will be deducted from your final store credit balance.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

All content presented on dihsan.com—including, without limitation, visual imagery, editorial photography, custom graphics, campaign media, web design, brand assets, and code—is 100% owned, produced, or exclusively licensed by Dihsan.

• Strict Image Usage Policy: Our imagery and photographic content are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not download, capture, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any photo or media asset from our site without explicit, prior written authorization from Dihsan.
• Copyright Violations: Unapproved use of our copyrighted photographs, imagery, or digital assets constitutes a direct violation of our intellectual property rights and will be subject to immediate legal action and enforcement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dihsan provides its platform and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Dihsan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or purchase of our products. Our maximum aggregate liability shall never exceed the total purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any contractual relations formed through dihsan.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws. Any disputes, claims, or controversies shall be submitted to confidential, binding arbitration within Canada, operating in English.
