Turn the jacket inside out, empty the pockets and close the zips, then run a cold, gentle cycle at 30°C with a mild detergent. Leave out bleach, fabric softener and any added waterproofing agent, since all three interfere with the polyurethane face. Coated styles should be hung to air dry fully rather than tumbled, and if you press one, use low heat with a cotton cloth between the iron and the fabric — never directly on the coating. Padded and down-filled styles have their own drying instructions, so follow the care label sewn into the garment.

Most of the range is cut on a relaxed, largely unisex block, which is why the same jacket turns up on both the men's and women's pages. That block is drawn to go over warm layers, so a unisex size runs larger than the equivalent women's size and the letter on the label is not a reliable guide on its own. Bags and accessories are unisex throughout. Compare the garment measurements against a coat you already wear, and take the largest measurement that fits you.
