We accept returns on full priced items within 14 days of order date for a full refund or store credit.  All items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and authenticity materials intact. Returns must be authorized in advance by our client service team.

Select discounted or limited-release pieces, intimates and swim pieces are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Please note that all items discounted 40% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or store credit. These pieces are offered at limited quantities and special pricing, and cannot be restocked or refunded once purchased. We appreciate your understanding and encourage thoughtful selection before completing your order.

All returns are carefully inspected and verified. Dihsan reserves the right to decline or limit returns that show signs of wear, damage, tampering, or reflect patterns of excessive or fraudulent activity. Items not meeting return requirements may be returned to the client at their expense.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund at Dihsan’s discretion. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once approved. Eligibility & Timing

What is your return window?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be approved.

When does the return window begin?

The return period starts on the delivery date, not the purchase date.

Which items are not eligible for return?

Final sale items, discounted or limited-release pieces, intimates, swimwear are final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Condition of Items

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

Please contact at help@dihsan.com immediately with photos. Defective items are eligible for replacement or full refund.

What condition must items be in?

Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and authenticity materials intact.

Can I return worn or tried-on items?

Items that show signs of wear, washing, scent, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Starting a Return

Do I need approval before returning?

Yes. All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Can I combine returns from different orders?

No. Each order must be returned separately using its own authorization.

Return Methods & Shipping

Do you provide a return shipping label?

Return shipping labels are provided once your return request is approved.

Is return shipping free?

Yes. We will provide a shipping label as soon as your return has been approved.

Do you offer exchanges?

No. You are however free to purchase any items you wish after the return has been completed.

Refunds

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. There may be instances where we can provide a store credit.

How long do refunds take?

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Are original shipping fees refundable?

Yes. Original shipping fees are refundable for all approved returns.

Are restocking fees applied?

No restocking fees are applied to approved returns.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you received an incorrect item, we will correct the issue at no cost to you.

What if my return is lost in transit?

Returns must include tracking. We are not responsible for items lost without confirmed delivery.
