Men's Denim
Weight tells you most of what a pair of jeans will do before the fit does. Cloth around twelve to fourteen ounces breaks in over a few weeks and stays wearable year round; heavier cotton holds a stiff line at first, softens slowly, and keeps the sharper creases that form behind the knee and at the hip.
Finish is the second decision. Raw indigo starts dark and even, then wears into contrast wherever the body moves, while rinsed and stonewashed cloth arrives with that work already done and black settles towards grey rather than pale blue. Legs run tapered and slim through straight and relaxed to a fuller loose cut, so a wash can be matched across jeans, jackets and shorts or broken on purpose.
