MEN'S AND WOMEN'S

Blue Industry

Blue Industry is a Dutch label working to a clear brief: dress someone who works in a city and is not required to put on a suit to do it. That premise shapes the whole range — clothes meant to be worn from morning to evening, relaxed enough to sit down in, tidy enough to walk into a meeting wearing.

The range covers a wardrobe end to end. Shirts come in woven cotton and in jersey; blazers arrive in soft knit as often as in cloth; overshirts and chore shapes bridge the gap between a shirt and a light coat; and knitwear, polos, trousers and outerwear fill in around them. Sizing follows the European convention throughout, which is worth knowing before choosing.

Frequently asked questions

All FAQ's

Blue Industry

What do the numbers on Blue Industry shirts mean?

They are European collar measurements in centimetres, not chest sizes. A 38 is roughly a 15-inch collar and a small, 39 to 40 lands near a medium, 41 to 42 near a large, and 43 to 45 covers extra large and up. Measuring an existing shirt collar in centimetres, flat from button to buttonhole, gives the number to order more reliably than converting from a letter size.

What is a jersey shirt and how does it differ from a woven one?

A jersey shirt is knitted rather than woven, so the fabric loops instead of crossing at right angles. That gives it natural stretch, a softer drape and far more resistance to creasing, which is why it travels well and needs little pressing. It keeps shirt construction — collar, placket, cuffs — but wears with the ease of a t-shirt, sitting between formal shirting and knitwear.

Are DIHSAN's Blue Industry pieces authentic?

Yes. Every piece DIHSAN sells is the brand's own — genuine designer product, with the maker's hardware, stamping and markings intact. Nothing is a reproduction or a licensed imitation.

Will I be charged duties on a DIHSAN Blue Industry piece order?

No. Duties are included on every DIHSAN order, and US orders include taxes as well.

Can I return a Blue Industry piece purchase at DIHSAN?

Yes. Eligible Blue Industry pieces can go back within 14 days of the ship date, for store credit rather than cash, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Items discounted 70% or more — plus swimwear, intimates, and limited-release styles at any discount — are final sale.
