Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange or store credit.  All items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and authenticity materials intact. Returns must be authorized in advance by our client service team.

Select discounted or limited-release pieces may be marked FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

All returns are carefully inspected and verified. Dihsan reserves the right to decline or limit returns that show signs of wear, damage, tampering, or reflect patterns of excessive or fraudulent activity. Items not meeting return requirements may be returned to the client at their expense.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund at Dihsan’s discretion. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once approved.
