Product Authenticity & Warranty

At DIHSAN, authenticity is our foundation. Every piece we offer is sourced directly from the designer or their authorized fashion house, and originates from the same production run reserved for DIHSAN’s curated orders. While certain styles may also be available through other select retailers, each item sold by DIHSAN is procured and fulfilled exclusively for our house to ensure authenticity, traceability, and quality.

Designer products are created through a blend of artisanal craftsmanship and advanced production methods. As a result, minor traces of manufacturing—such as visible adhesive, subtle stitching variations, or natural material inconsistencies—may appear even in brand-new items. These characteristics are inherent to authentic designer manufacturing and do not indicate defects.

Some collections, particularly those treated, hand-finished, or intentionally distressed, are designed to develop character over time. Natural softening, fading, or distressing with wear is part of the creative process and not a fault in quality.

Care & Warranty

DIHSAN guarantees all products to be free from material manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. Qualifying concerns are reviewed by our Client Care team and may result in a repair, replacement, or refund, at DIHSAN’s discretion. Variations arising from normal wear, use, or design-intended finishes are not considered defects.

After the warranty period, DIHSAN remains committed to supporting the care and preservation of your purchase. When available through the designer’s atelier, we can assist with repairs or replacement components such as hardware or fastenings. While replacements or refunds cannot be guaranteed beyond the warranty window, our goal is to uphold the longevity, craftsmanship, and integrity of every DIHSAN piece.
