Does DIHSAN sell genuine women's designer clothing?

Yes. DIHSAN's Women's Clothing comes from end-of-line designer inventory, not current-season full-price ranges. That's why labels like Diesel, Versace Jeans Couture and Balmain are priced well below original retail — the goods are genuine, the lines have simply ended.

Do I pay customs or import duties on a DIHSAN order?

No. All import duties and taxes are on DIHSAN — the price you check out at is the price you pay, whether your Women's Clothing order is shipping within Canada or to the US.

Does sizing run the same across DIHSAN's clothing brands?

No, sizing varies by label. Diesel, Versace Jeans Couture, Balmain, Mackage and the other brands in DIHSAN's Women's Clothing collection each cut differently, so check the size and measurements on each product page rather than assuming one size fits the same way across brands.

Can I return items from DIHSAN's Women's Clothing collection?

Most pieces can. DIHSAN's window is 14 days from delivery, refunded to store credit rather than cash, with shipping fees excluded. The exceptions are final sale: anything discounted 70% or more, plus swimwear, intimates and limited-release pieces whatever the discount.
