Why is it so far below retail?
These are past-season and end-of-line pieces we buy outright and own. The discount reflects how we source, not what the piece is.
Can I return something from this collection?
Most of this collection can be returned within 14 days for store credit, unworn and with tags on. Final sale applies only to pieces discounted 70% off or more, plus intimates and swimwear. Shipping fees aren't refundable.
I'm in the US — will I be charged duties or customs?
No. Dihsan covers all import duties and taxes. The total at checkout is the total you pay, with nothing owed on delivery.
What happens if my size sells out?
It's usually gone for good. Much of this collection is down to a single piece, and once it sells we rarely see it again.
