Let deodorant dry fully before dressing, wash the shirt soon after wearing rather than leaving it in a basket, and keep a marked shirt out of the dryer. Chlorine bleach makes protein yellowing worse, so soak in oxygen bleach, or in one part white vinegar to four parts cool water for 30 minutes, before washing.
