Italian sizing applies: a 48 corresponds roughly to a US 38, a 50 to a 40, and a 52 to a 42.

Most sport coats finish the cuff with three or four buttons, while Eleventy sets a single one at the bottom of the sleeve, a detail the brand describes as a nod to traditional Neapolitan tailoring. With no cluster of buttons to catch the eye, the cuff reads as one clean line and the cloth carries the interest instead.
