- Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order's ship date, provided the item is unused, unaltered and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- All returns are inspected, and items showing wear or damage may be declined or returned at your expense.
- Approved returns are issued as DIHSAN store credit.
- Return shipping is the client's responsibility: a pre-paid label is provided on approval and its cost is deducted from your credit.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Allow up to 3 business days for inspection once your return arrives, then 2–3 business days for your credit to be issued.
