Sourced directly from the world’s most sought-after brands and held in our possession, each order is fulfilled from our private facility with full oversight of quality and presentation. Fulfillment & Dispatch
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are processed the following business day. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets DIHSAN’s standard of excellence.

Duties & Taxes
All import duties and customs charges are fully handled by DIHSAN, so there is nothing further to pay when your order arrives. Any sales tax that applies to your destination is shown at checkout. Your checkout total is absolute and final, allowing your order to arrive seamlessly, without surprises, reflecting the effortless experience you expect from a luxury service.

Order Adjustments
Once an order has been submitted, our fulfillment process begins immediately to ensure prompt delivery. As a result, orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully prior to completing your purchase. For any questions, please contact us.

Delivery & Signature
All shipments require a signature upon delivery for security and verification. Should a package be returned to us due to a missed delivery or refusal, return and reshipping fees may apply.

Shipping Restrictions
