Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are processed the following business day. All shipments require a signature; packages returned to us after a missed delivery may incur return and reshipping fees. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Complimentary gift wrapping is available at checkout.

Shipping policy

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order's ship date, provided the item is unused, unaltered and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• All returns are inspected, and items showing wear or damage may be declined or returned at your expense.
• Approved returns are issued as DIHSAN store credit.
• Return shipping is the client's responsibility: a pre-paid label is provided on approval and its cost is deducted from your credit.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Allow up to 3 business days for inspection once your return arrives, then 2–3 business days for your credit to be issued.
• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
