Load decides a bag long before style does — a day's papers, a laptop, or a two-night change of clothes. The lightest end carries almost nothing on purpose, in pouches, belt bags and slim crossbody shapes built for a phone, a passport and keys. Messenger bags and briefcases take the working day instead, flat enough to sit against the body and structured enough to protect a screen, with padded sleeves and document dividers doing that job inside.

Backpacks spread the same weight over both shoulders, and holdalls take over wherever a trip runs past one night; totes sit between the two, unstructured and open at the top. Full-grain and pebbled calf, coated canvas and technical nylon make up most of the range, hung on webbing or leather, with zip closures, riveted stress points and feet on the base.
