The treatments that made the label are the same here; the proportions are not. Purple's womenswear carries the house washes — splatter and abrasion, tonal repair, coated finishes — across legs cut for an entirely different line, from skinny through to baggy and wide, where fading has to be placed against a fuller drop to read at all.

Rise moves with the shape, and a wide leg carries a wash differently from a tapered one, so a finish that looks graphic on a narrow silhouette turns soft on a loose one. Jersey and fleece follow the denim rather than lead it: logo tees, hoodies and sweats sized for an easy, slightly oversized shoulder, meant to be worn with the jeans rather than beside them.

How does Purple's women's denim sizing work?

Women's jeans are sized by waist rather than by a numbered fit code, so the fit name carries most of the information: skinny, baggy or wide describes the leg, not the rise. Stretch content varies by wash, and a heavily coated or resin-finished pair gives less than a soft-hand indigo, so denim that feels rigid on first wear usually relaxes across the thigh.

Will a wide-leg Purple jean hold its distressing over time?

Laser-abraded fading and tonal repair patching are worked into the fabric and stay put, softening rather than disappearing. Surface treatments behave differently: coating, resin and paint splatter sit on the face of the denim and wear back at stress points, the front thigh and the seat first. A wide leg sees less friction than a skinny one, so the finish tends to hold its edge longer.

Are DIHSAN's Purple pieces authentic?

Yes. Every piece DIHSAN sells is the brand's own — genuine designer product, with the maker's hardware, stamping and markings intact. Nothing is a reproduction or a licensed imitation.

Will I be charged duties on a DIHSAN Purple piece order?

No. Duties are included on every DIHSAN order, and US orders include taxes as well.

Yes. Eligible Purple pieces can go back within 14 days of the ship date, for store credit, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Items discounted 70% or more — plus swimwear, intimates, and limited-release styles at any discount — are final sale.
