On the clothing side: dresses at mini, knee, midi and maxi lengths, blouses and bodysuits, sweaters and cardigans, jeans, wide-leg pants, skirts, blazers and jumpsuits, and coats from trench and overcoat through parka and puffer.

Shoes divide into heels, flats, boots and sneakers, which is to say pumps, platforms, ballerina flats, loafers, espadrilles, ankle boots and tall boots. Bags cover totes, shoulder and top handle styles, satchels, crossbody, bucket, clutch, belt bags and backpacks. Accessories take the rest: sunglasses, belts, scarves, hats, tights, wallets and cardholders, and jewelry in earrings, rings, necklaces and bracelets. Swimwear, loungewear and tracksuits sit at the seasonal edges.

How should I care for cashmere, silk and leather at home?

Cashmere and wool respond to cool water, a wool-safe detergent and no agitation, since heat and friction felt the fibres rather than water itself; knitwear is pressed dry against a towel and reshaped flat rather than hung. Silk prefers hand washing or dry cleaning and a cool iron on the reverse. Leather keeps best in a dry, ventilated spot away from radiators, conditioned once or twice a year, and never dried on a heat source after rain.

What's the difference between a trench coat, an overcoat and a puffer?

A trench coat is a water-resistant cotton gabardine layer, belted and usually double-breasted, built for rain rather than cold. An overcoat is a tailored wool coat cut long enough to sit over a blazer, warm through the weight of the cloth rather than through insulation. A puffer is quilted and filled with down or synthetic fill, so it carries the most warmth for the least weight and packs down where the other two do not.

Are DIHSAN's women's pieces authentic?

Yes. Every piece DIHSAN sells is the brand's own — genuine designer product, with the maker's hardware, stamping and markings intact. Nothing is a reproduction or a licensed imitation.

Will I be charged duties on a DIHSAN womenswear order?

No. Duties are included on every DIHSAN order, and US orders include taxes as well.

Can I return a womenswear purchase at DIHSAN?

Yes. Eligible women's pieces can go back within 14 days of the ship date, for store credit, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Items discounted 70% or more — plus swimwear, intimates, and limited-release styles at any discount — are final sale.
