Some clothes carry a posture built into them before anyone puts them on. This edit is drawn from that lineage: the leather jacket, the hard boot, the denim worn well past new. Their whole point is that they look better used than they ever did hanging on a rail.
The palette stays dark and the hardware stays visible: zips, studs, buckles and heavy stitching treated as detail rather than as noise. Leather is the anchor, cut close through the shoulder so a jacket holds its shape as it softens, with distressed denim and dense knitwear filling in around it. Little of this is designed to be subtle, and none of it dates on a season's schedule; it either suits how you dress or it does not.
