What's the difference between slim, straight and tapered jeans?

Straight jeans hold the same width from the knee to the hem, which suits a boot or a heavier shoe. Skinny and slim cuts narrow gradually from the thigh down and sit close through the seat. Tapered jeans keep room through the thigh and seat and then cut in sharply below the knee, which is why they read roomy and neat at once. Rise matters as much as leg shape, since a lower rise shortens the visual line of the leg.

How should a jacket fit through the shoulders?

The shoulder seam is the one measurement tailoring cannot fix cheaply. It sits at the outer edge of the shoulder bone, with the sleeve head falling straight rather than bunching above it or overhanging the arm. Chest room is judged with the jacket closed, where a flat hand should slide under the lapel without strain. Sleeve and body length are straightforward alterations; a shoulder cut too wide or too narrow is not.

Yes. Eligible men's pieces can go back within 14 days of the ship date, for store credit, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Items discounted 70% or more — plus swimwear, intimates, and limited-release styles at any discount — are final sale.
