Agnona
The test of a men's accessory is whether it survives repetition. A scarf worn every morning from October through March takes more wear in one winter than a coat takes in three, and most of them show it — thinning at the knot, fraying at the ends, hazing over with fuzz. Agnona works against that from the fibre up: the yarn is settled before the piece is, and everything else follows from what it will take.
Cashmere is the house default, spun long in the staple so the surface holds instead of roughening. Alpaca adds weight where something needs to hang rather than float, and vicuña appears rarely and by the gram. Colour stays quiet, pitched to sit under a coat instead of against it, and the finishing is the kind you notice only in the wearing. It is all made in Italy, at a company whose name was on the cloth long before it was on the clothes.
