SHIPPING

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States and Canada. Any shipments outside of Canada and the USA are not available at this time. If an order is placed by 6:00 pm (EST), it is usually processed the same day (ET) and shipped out early the next day. Within Canada and the United States of America, delivery time is usually 2 to 3 business days after the order is shipped, while shipments coming from our international distribution centers may take up to 3 to 5 business days. Once the shipment is with the courier, DIHSAN cannot control the actual delivery date nor any potential holds at Customs, although we try our best to minimize any potential delays. All shipments are carried out with tracking capabilities found in the shipping confirmation email. Shipping within the US shall be done with DHL or available US Carriers while all Canadian shipments shall be done with the use of Canada Post and Available Canadian Carriers. Outside normal circumstances, DIHSAN has the express right to use any Courier service as deemed fit. Please note that Shipping fees will be calculated together with your order total upon checkout. We offer Free shipping for all orders from Dihsan. Please keep in mind that this free shipping is entirely discretional, and we reserve the right to adjust it at any time as we see appropriate. Shipping costs vary by shipping method, the departure location of package and the destination. You will see individual shipping prices for your order before you place it at checkout. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received. Please note that products may be delivered in separate shipments. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Canadian customers will have any applicable federal and provincial sales tax included in their final total. No duties amounts are applicable. All duties and taxes for customers in the United States of America, regardless of the subtotal of the order, will be covered by DIHSAN, therefore, the final total at checkout will be the only amount required for payment. When an order has been placed with us, you affirm that the transaction is taking place outside of the United States and that you are ordering items for personal use and not for resale. In addition, you acknowledge that your order will be imported into the United States in accordance with the mandatory customs requirements with you listed as the importer, which will be done on your behalf by DIHSAN. Please be aware that this same acknowledgment will enable the carrier/customs broker to file customs entries for any order that is over $2500, or otherwise requires formal entry.

PLACE OF DELIVERY, DEADLINES AND LOSSES

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States and Canada. Any shipments outside of Canada and the USA are not available at this time. For security purposes, all shipments require a signature at delivery. Shipments are delivered to the recipient’s address provided to DIHSAN at the time of checkout but not necessarily to the named recipient personally. Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes. Approximate delivery times are indicated in business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) and are estimates only. DIHSAN will not be held accountable for any delay in delivery once the shipment is in possession of the courier. DIHSAN will not be liable for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not match the reality or has been missed. Please confirm the delivery address for absolute accuracy and contact DIHSAN immediately at orders@dihsan.com if a discrepancy is noticed. Once the order has been shipped the address cannot be changed. Depending on the destination, the order can be used in various ways or methods of shipping, each method and each destination have shipping times that are specified in the order confirmation process. Delivery times may change for logistical reasons or for reasons of force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, DIHSAN will inform its customer as soon as it has knowledge of them. Each delivery is considered complete from the moment the company makes the product available to the Customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company. Delays in delivery shall not be considered in those cases in which the order has been made available to the customer by the courier company within the agreed time but could not be delivered for cause attributable to the customer. When the order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent an email notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being sent.

DELIVERY DATA, DELIVERIES NOT MADE AND LOSS OF THE PRODUCT

If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt a second delivery on the following business day. The carrier will make a maximum of 3 attempts. If unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a note indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. It will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange for the package to be delivered or picked up successfully. In the event that the customer does not do so, after 10 business days from the date of the first delivery attempt of the order, it will be returned to DIHSAN and the Customer must bear the cost of shipping and return to the origin of the order, as well as any associated management costs. If the reason for not being able to make the delivery is the loss of the package, please contact us immediately at support@dihsan.com so we may initiate an investigation immediately. In these cases, the response times range from one to three weeks. DIHSAN must be notified of a lost package within 30 days of the shipment date for an investigation to be initiated.
