Return Policy

DIHSAN values everyone who is part of our community and wants them to be satisfied with their purchase, therefore, we offer the opportunity for returns on a case-by-case basis under the terms and conditions set forth below:

Damaged/ Defective/ Incorrect Item(s) Received

Our commitment to delivering our valued customers the highest quality goods possible involves each item undergoing a detailed process of inspection and packaging by an experienced team of employees before leaving our distribution centers. In the rare occurrence that you receive your product and it has been damaged, is defective, or is incorrect from what you ordered please email us at orders@dihsan.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment in order for your return to be considered. At this time, please include your Order Number, the name of the product, a description of the issue, and pictures to support it.


If the request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the products back to us. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund as a result of the damage/defect/inaccuracy. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Please see our Refund Policy below.

Exchanges

Due to our constantly revolving inventory, DIHSAN does not offer exchanges. If your return request is eligible for an exchange, we will provide you with a store credit for the amount owed to you and ask that you place a new order for the replacement item. When returning the approved items, they must meet the conditions stated below under “Important Conditions For Return”, with no exceptions. Please ensure that exchange requests are made within 7 days after delivery to be considered.


As all returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, DIHSAN reserves the right to decline a return/exchange request if we are unable to accommodate it.
We strongly recommend using available resources to research sizing and fitting beyond what is available on our website, and if that fails, our team is ready to answer any questions about product details, sizing, or anything else, so please reach out to our support team at 1-833-676-3313 or support@dihsan.com before completing your purchase, as these matters do not fall within Return Policy guidelines and will not be considered as a valid reason for return.


Please note: DIHSAN does not reimburse the cost of return postage.

Important Conditions For Return

For DIHSAN to be able to consider a return request, please ensure that all the below conditions have been met before returning the product(s). All product(s) returned shall be inspected upon their receipt.

  • You shall request a return of the product to DIHSAN within a period of 7 days;
  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, in the original condition, with all tags attached, any special packaging included, and with the original packaging.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags and placed inside another box for shipping. Please take care not to mark the
    soles or damage the shoe box.
  • Handbags must be returned with all the original packaging, branded and unbranded, including any branded boxes, dust bags, and authentication cards.
  • If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
  • Beauty and cosmetic products: for quality control and hygienic reasons, all beauty and cosmetic products are Final Sale.
  • Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear items: for hygienic reasons, these items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Face Masks: for hygienic reasons, all face masks are Final Sale.

DIHSAN reserves the right to reject any returned products that do not comply with the above-stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund or store credit being processed. In order to avoid this, please contact our support team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

Refunds

A refund will only be honored if your return request falls within the Damaged/ Defective/ Incorrect Item(s) Received section of our Return Policy and has been accepted by a DIHSAN representative in writing. If your return has been approved and once it has been received at our facility, examined, and accepted by DIHSAN, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding all delivery costs. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider. To track the return of your package back to DIHSAN, use the Waybill Number/ tracking number displayed on the Return Label Please note: all shipping and delivery costs are not refundable
