Price Adjustment Policy
DIHSAN provides clients price protection insurance under the following circumstances as a symbol of our dedication to offering the best service possible: Within 14 days of placing the order, an item purchased had its price decreased. The item is still available on the DIHSAN website in the exact design, color, and size that was purchased. Price changes have been requested only once per item. If these requirements are satisfied, please contact our Customer Support team at for consideration of an adjustment in which the difference would be refunded to the original mode of payment. Exclusion: We are unable to give price changes on products purchased after they became discount-code-eligible, as discount codes/ promo codes are only valid on subsequent purchases within their eligible period. For further information, please see the Promotions and Codes section below.

Price Match Policy
If another online store sells the same item for a cheaper price, DIHSAN will match it. Please see the requirements below to see if an item qualifies:

  • The online vendor must be a licensed one.
  • The item must be in stock on the retailer’s website in the same style, size, color, material, and season, and before the time of purchase when the price match request is made.
  • The total checkout price with the competitor must be less than the final DIHSAN checkout price, including shipping fees, taxes, and duty fees.
  • The final price is advertised in the same native currency as the price displayed on the DIHSAN website. Please contact us and we will gladly look into your request.
  • If these requirements are satisfied, you may be qualified for a price match.

Promotions and Codes
DIHSAN periodically provides special discount codes to returning customers. Please keep in mind the following requirements before attempting to apply these codes:

  • Promotional codes must be manually applied at checkout
  • Only one code can be used per order
  • Unless otherwise specified, codes will be applicable to all items available on our website
  • Codes cannot be retroactively applied to items that are sold out unless those items have been restocked before the code’s expiration date
  • When placing multiple-item orders, the discount will be split evenly across all qualifying goods
  • Discounted products returned to DIHSAN will be repaid in the amount paid rather than the item’s original value (s)
  • A replacement code will not be supplied if the code is invalid or expired
  • Codes cannot be retroactively applied to purchases made before receiving the promo code
  • Promo codes cannot be reactivated after expiration date

Payment and Billing Information
Payments for the purchase of any product can be done with the use of PayPal, & Credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We cannot accept payments from Debit Visas at this time. Please be advised that only one method of payment can be accepted per transaction. By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for all charges you incur for the purchase of any Subscriptions or other Products (including any applicable taxes and other charges) (each such purchase, an “Order”). You are responsible for, and agree to pay, all such charges. If we or our third-party payment processor cannot obtain authorization for charges to your payment method or if any amounts you authorize us to charge to your payment method are reversed or charged back for any reason, we may, at our option, in addition to any other remedies: cancel or suspend any undelivered portion of your Orders, make second and/or subsequent attempts to charge your payment method, and/or use any other lawful means to collect payment on any outstanding amounts due to us. You will remain responsible to pay all applicable charges for all Orders. You agree to provide and keep current a valid payment method. However, your failure to do so shall not constitute cancellation of any Order. In the event you want to change or update payment information associated with your DIHSAN account, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and editing your payment information. We reserve the right to request supporting evidence for the validity of the payment instrument used for purchasing, including an image of the front of the credit card used along with photo identification of the cardholder. Please note that DIHSAN representatives cannot take payment information over the phone, however, they can arrange for other means of secure payment collection besides the use of the standard checkout page.

Pricing and Availability
All prices shown via the Services are in United States Dollars. Any applicable taxes and other charges, if any, are additional. We reserve the right to change our Subscription and other Product offerings, and to adjust prices as we may determine in our sole discretion, at any time and without notice; provided, however, that if we change the amounts or other charges associated with your then-current Subscription(s), we will provide advance notice of such changes via one of the means described in this terms and conditions. We will not, however, be able to notify you of changes in any applicable taxes prior to such changes becoming effective. The shipment of Products to you after our delivery of such notice will confirm your acceptance of such changes, unless you cancel your subscription(s) in accordance with the cancellation policy set forth in these terms. Taxes. We will collect applicable sales tax on Products shipped to the United States for which we determine we have a duty to collect sales tax. If an item is subject to sales tax, you agree that the amount of taxes shown at checkout may be adjusted. Several factors may cause this, such as variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates.
